La Huerta, our hacienda, is located approximately 25 miles (40 km) north of San Javier, Santa Fe province, on the banks of the Parana River. The hunting areas are located near the hacienda, in nearby islands, rice fields or pasturelands (we are permanently looking for new territories located 80 kilometers or less from our hacienda).

For over 20 years, hunters who have discovered the wetlands of the Parana River and its tributaries have agreed that these nature reserves have great potential, and that they have to be well-managed and protected in order to continue providing productive hunting in the future.

The hacienda consists of one main building with an informal dinning room, one living room and two bars. We serve top-level cuisine with special emphasis on the tasty Argentinean beef, undoubtedly world’s best meat.

Hunters stay in double or single bedrooms located in two adjoining buildings. The en-suite bedrooms are equipped with everything that is necessary for guest’s comfort (bathroom, spacious closets, etc.). The hacienda can accommodate between 8 and 10 guests, in order to be able to provide to each one of them with the highest quality and one-on-one service. Our lodge has a swimming pool and a solarium.

The hacienda owns three four-wheel vehicles and three motor boats W/50 HP motors, which allow our hunters to move from one place to the other in a fast and comfortable way.

Our personalized guides are permanently involved in the guest’s activities, periodically inspecting our territories in order to optimize every scheduled hunting. These endless inspections take place due to the migratory habits of ducks. Argentina is an immense country, and consequently, ducks can enjoy a vast biotype.
